Dealing with Thinning Hair

thinning hair is nothing to be ashamed of and is quite common, as men grow older. By the time most men hit their 60s or 70s their hair is thinning and changing color. This can make them quite distinguished so it is nothing you should try to conceal. While it is not a big deal, it can be for some men, here are a few things to try.

Color – While hair loss treatment can be a bit of a crapshoot, coloring your hair will cover up the grey and in many cases can make you look a bit younger. There is no need to go overboard as jet black hair on a 70 year old will just look silly. Go for you natural hair color and keep it light.

Toupee – Wearing a toupee does not have to be silly. There are plenty of good hairpieces on the market today and they work better than any hair loss product on the market. Find a good one and be prepared to pay for quality. You don’t want it to look like a birds nest sitting on your head.

Growing old does not have to be depressing, you can find plenty of ways to accept or correct the affects of old age.
